The Author

Greetings! My name's Artika and I'm just a typical Singaporean teenager. I will be turning 18 this October 23rd and attending Ngee Ann's School of Health Sciences (Nursing) this April. People say I'm sensitive, insecure and hard to be with. I say there's more to a person than just a third party's judgement.

I still can't believe that I've got twelve points *dorky laughs* How do you think secondary five life is like? I just hope that it's not stressful. Oh, what am I saying? Duh, it's gonna be a tough year Artix *knocks head against the wall* I'm currently having the random urge to have a slice of toast bread with butter and sugar despite the fact that I've already had two of those earlier on. Maybe it's because I didn't have a proper dinner. Actually my idea of a perfect dinner is one with a three course meal. Wow, that'll be great right? That way I'll never be slim. Wakakakaka! And speaking about my weight, I seriously need to work on it. Like seriously seriously seriously. Oh what the hell. I've been saying stuff like these for over a year and I still do nothing about it. Maybe there's just a really special connection between me and food. Hmmm. Not my fault then :P

Anyways, the picture above was taken at Italy. Can you believe it? Italy? I thought it was just some fancy artwork some random artist drew to kill time. It turned out to be photograph! Hahahahah! It's beautiful isn't it? I'd like to go there some day. Seems so urban, yet peaceful. Rural, yet busy. Okay the second one doesn't made sense -.-"

I was so caught up on everything that happened after the results that I've forgotten to mention what we did after that. So here goes.

We stayed awhile longer after the release. You know, to cheer those friends of mine who didn't make it and to settle with the green form. We went off to Greenridge to buy lunch and to rent a disk. After which we headed off to Khairiyah's crib. We tried our best to walk fast since it was already pouring rain and thank God we weren't so bad when we've reached her house. The show we watched was "We Are Family". I have to admit that the show did made me cry but due to my often emotional wreck periods I was able to swallow up my tears and pretended I was doing fine. Hahahaha!

I reached home around 7pm. And oh golly, it's 1.35am already!
Night night!

PS: Next post on New Year Resolution.
